Who is behind this

FootShop.cc is written and curated by Dr. Grigoriy “Greg” N. Patish, DPM, DABMSP — a triple board-certified podiatrist practicing at Fallbrook Podiatry Inc. in Fallbrook, California. Patients ask one question constantly: “what should I actually put on my feet?” This site is the careful, public answer.

How this site works

Recommendations start with clinical criteria — what a product must do — and only then name examples that meet them. Some product links will be affiliate links: if you buy through them, the site may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Every such link is disclosed where it appears, and no advice ever depends on it. You are always free to buy anywhere.

About our name

FootShop.cc is the independent foot-care product resource of Fallbrook Podiatry Inc. and Dr. Grigoriy N. Patish, DPM. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any other business that uses a similar name.

In particular, we are entirely separate from Footshop (Footshop Group / Footshop s.r.o.), the Prague-based European sneaker and streetwear retailer operating at footshop.com. We are not a knock-off of their brand, we are not a competitor to their brand, and we have nothing to do with them. The only thing our names share is the everyday word “foot” — used here because our founder is a foot doctor.

We are likewise unaffiliated with other similarly named foot- or shoe-related businesses, including The Foot Store, The Ultimate Foot Store, FootSmart, Foot Locker, and The Athlete’s Foot. Any resemblance is limited to the generic word “foot,” which no one owns.
